This is a Montreal based full-time one-year contract position with the potential for subsequent one-year contract extension or full time placement with the client. This role is entering its second year as a contract position as part of a broader initiative spanning 5 years.
Reporting directly to the Manager of Customer Experience, the Automotive Field Specialist will work directly and collaboratively with key dealership stakeholders such as the Dealer Principal, General Manager, Department Manager, and the Corporate Fixed Operations Manager. Their responsibility is to improve Customer Satisfaction and increase service retention at identified high priority brand dealers.
