Our client a dynamic IT solutions provider, closely teamed up with IBM to help the top companies in Quebec and Ontario adopt leading-edge solutions for Smarter Business – including Smarter Content, Smarter Analytics, Smarter Commerce, Social Business and Cloud/Smarter Computing.

They are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to help drive their continued growth.



Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience working in:
- - an IT reseller or value-added solution provider environment; and/or
- - an IT or business process consulting environment.

Job Description

Assist the sales team in the development of its clientele. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and supervising sales cycle activities including prospecting and opportunity identification, progression and closing.

• Primary Responsibilities
- - Coordinate prospecting activities, pipeline and forecasting.
- - Coordinate demand generation campaigns.
- - Coordinate inbound opportunity management.

• Secondary Responsibilities
- - Facilitate contract negotiations, terms & conditions.
- - Follow-up sales order management & delivery process.
- - Control subscription & renewal process for our offerings.
- - Manage vendor programs.

• Support
- - Customer nurturing initiatives.
- - Periodic sales, forecast and pipeline performance reporting.


Required Aptitudes

• Highly social, outstanding communicator (oral and written), engaged in social networks.
• Motivated, disciplined, organized, results-driven; excels in high performance collaborative environments.
• Life-long learner; strong business and IT knowledge.
• Bilingual - French and English
