PME en pleine expension, MPI Moulin à papier de Portneuf Inc. offre à ses opérateurs en traitement des eaux des emplois motivants et non routiniers. Tests de laboratoire, ajustement de pompe et saisie de données, ce poste te permet d'utiliser tes bras autant que ton intellect. Description de tâches : Connaître les différents produits chimiques, leur utilité et leurs interactions; Calibrer les différents appareils de mesure (pH, oxygène dissout...); Surveiller et inspecter l'équipement et les systèmes de l'usine afin de détecter les pannes et de s'assurer qu'ils fonctionnent normalement; Effectuer l'entretien préventif des équipements; Faire fonctionner et surveiller les systèmes afin de régler le traitement et la distribution de l'eau; Effectuer les tests de laboratoire nécessaires à l'ajustement du système; Effectuer les JAR tests; Surveiller et ajuster l'approvisionnement en produits chimiques afin qu'il soit optimal pour chaque situation; Faire la lecture des débitmètres, des indicateurs de niveau et autres appareils d'enregistrement afin de mesurer le débit en eau et les niveaux de consommation; Contrôler la qualité de l'eau à l'aide d'appareil d'analyse et de système de surveillance; Tenir à jour le journal d'exploitation et compléter les bases de données Excel ; Effectuer des prélèvements d'échantillon d'eau; Entretenir le laboratoire afin de maintenir un haut niveau de propreté et d'éviter la contamination (comptoirs, appareils, vaisselle...)
