CUSTOMER / CLIENT SERVICE CARE ADVISOR MEDICAL TOOLS
For over 20 years, our client, located in the West Island, has been offering a wide range of products, to Hospitals and Clinics, in Canada. It also has a strong global presence and is now seeking a bilingual, Service-Oriented, Customer Care Representatives to join their team.
The work environment is professional and very friendly from the President to the Receptionist. This organization believes strongly in work and life balance and being happy at work. Employees have access to an in-house gym and every Friday the office closes at 4pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Prepare quotes and credit memos
• Confirm and process orders
• Coordinate returns and non conformities
• Write up and verify pricing agreements
• Be in constant communication with customers via telephone or e-mail
• Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns
• Follow up sales opportunities with existing and prospective new customers
• Provide a positive and pleasant experience for customers through a service-oriented approach
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Prior experience in a customer service role in a Manufacturing environment
• 2-3 years experience in preparation of quotes, order processing and invoicing in a fast-paced high volume, multi-product environment
• Familiarity with commercial terms and conditions
• Complete fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to rapidly absorb and process information on a wide range of products
• Strong ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent computer skills; experience with CRM systems an asset
• Well organized, thorough and self-motivated
• Ability to provide superior-level customer care by being professional, efficient, methodical and courteous
• Ability to work well both independently and within the framework of a team
• Speed, accuracy and resourcefulness when trouble-shooting customer problems
• Excellent initiative when approaching each and every aspect of the job
