Under the authority of the Call Center Supervisor, the Inbound Call Center Agent is responsible for selling tickets to the general public by phone.

Detailed description:
• Respond to inquiries by telephone;
• Operate the system for ticket reservations (Ovation);
• Outbound calls (if necessary);
• Perform other related duties requested by the manager or supervisor on duty.
WORK CONDITIONS
• Based at the Head Office in Montreal;
• Must be available to work during the evening and weekends;
• Full time (30-40 hours per week) or part time (10-30 hours per week).
• Aptitude in sales and customer service;
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is essential;
• Professional behavior (team player, self-reliant, dynamic, interpersonal skills, honest, flexible, sense of initiative, organized, discretion, etc.);
• Knowledge of a ticketing system is an asset.
