ATELKA, the largest independent customer contact center in Canada is looking for telemarketing agents in Montreal who wishes to contribute to the success of the company.
ATELKA offers a complete range of customer care, telemarketing and back office services to large Canadian companies. Our business solutions are bilingual and cover all existing client contact platforms. ATELKA currently employs more than 2,500 people across nine sites in Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
Representing a well-known and reputable telecommunication company, we are currently looking for bilingual telemarketing agents who are highly motivated and goal-oriented, to promote different products to potential customers.
As a telemarketing agent you will be responsible for:
Making outbound calls to promote products and services and acquire new clients
Establish a relationship of trust with clients by listening actively and identifying their needs
Proposing products and services corresponding to customers’ needs
Executing any other tasks required
Maintaining and exceed established sales targets
We want to meet candidates that:
Have excellent sales and/or communication skills
Are highly-motivated and goal-oriented
Are persistent and demonstrate a positive and empathic attitude
Have good listening skills
Are bilingual (French and English)
Have good computer skills
Have experience in customer service, telemarketing and/or sales (an asset)

Permanent, full time position
Must be available and flexible to work all shifts, including days, evenings and weekends (availability required : Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 20:30)
Training is on a full-time basis and consists of a combination of in-class and on-the-job training for a period of approximatively 10 weeks.
