The individual will be part of a clinical research team, assisting with all aspects of ongoing and upcoming prospective, clinical research studies of respiratory disease. We are currently conducting studies on the long-term respiratory effects of COVID-19 infection and remote monitoring for people with chronic lung conditions. DESCRIPTION DU POSTE En conformité avec les politiques et les valeurs de Dynamitage Castonguay, contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs fixés pour le département de maintenance. Optimiser la disponibilité, le rendement et la fiabilité des actifs ainsi que la productivité des travailleurs lors de l'exécution de la tâche Gérer les bons de travail validés par le contremaître mécanique et monter les plans de travail pour leur réalisation. Examiner tous les bons de travail remplis pour en vérifier l'exhaustivité et l'exactitude et mettre à jour les données de l'historique des machines dans le système de suivi, au besoin. Consulter les employés de métier afin d'estimer les temps et les coûts requis. Obtenir les approbations nécessaires. S'assurer de la disponibilité des pièces de rechange et des matériaux en inventaire et des autres ressources. Réserver les outils ou les équipements spéciaux. Organiser le transport. Coordonner les arrêts possibles avec les opérations (suivi des arrêts planifiés). Tenir à jour le « backlog » des travaux incluant la liste des travaux prêts à être exécutés. En collaboration avec les groupes des opérations et le personnel technique, préparer le calendrier de planification hebdomadaire et en assurer le suivi. Développer les plans de maintenance mensuels et hebdomadaires pour tous les site et équipement en collaboration avec les personnes responsables des départements. Assurer la mise à jour du calendrier de maintenance préventive et l'intégrer au calendrier de planification hebdomadaire. Compiler et analyser les indicateurs de performance de la maintenance (bris d'équipement, « backlog », respect du calendrier, etc.). Produire les indicateurs de performance (KPI), les maintenir à jour, les analyser et les communiquer à la direction et aux équipes concernées. Effectuer la mise à jour des listes de pièces reliées aux équipements pour faciliter la planification des travaux futurs. S'assurer de la disponibilité des pièces nécessaires et proposer le maintien de pièces à garder en inventaire afin d'assurer la réalisation du plan de maintenance. Travailler avec l'équipe de maintenance afin d'élaborer des stratégies d'entretien efficaces et obtenir de la rétroaction pour l'amélioration de la planification et la qualité du travail effectué. Participer à l'élaboration des budgets de maintenance et d'opération avec les gestionnaires de votre direction.
