Under the authority of the Call Center supervisor, the Inbound Call Center Agent is responsible for selling tickets to the general public by phone.

Detailed description:
- Respond to inquiries by telephone;
- Operate the system for ticket reservations (Ovation);
- Outbound calls (if necessary);
- Perform other related duties requested by the director or supervisor on duty.
Schedule:
The shifts are mostly during the evenings and weekends. Must be available to work different shifts between 9 AM and midnight Monday to Friday or from 9 AM to midnight Friday to Sunday. The employees will work between 10 to 40 hours a week depending on his availabilities and the company's needs. It is a temporary position (4 months) with the possibility to be permanent.

- Aptitude in customer service and sales;
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English is essential;

- Knowledge of a ticketing system is an asset.
