Description sommaire du poste Le technicien assure l'entretien, l'ajustement et la réparation des équipements que lui ont confiés les clients. Rôles et responsabilités Service à la clientèle Accueillir chaleureusement les clients; Écouter, conseiller et aider les clients concernant leur besoin; Poser des diagnostics de réparation et d'entretien pour les équipements apportés à l'atelier, établir des estimés de coûts; conseiller occasionnellement les clients à cet égard; Vérifier des produits pour déterminer les réparations requises; Remplir les bordereaux de réparation nécessaires; Effectué la réparation du vélo selon les besoins requis; Monter les équipements selon les standards établis; Vérifier et ajuster les produits réparés pour s'assurer de leur bon fonctionnement; Gestion de la caisse Recevoir et traiter les paiements en espèces, par carte de crédit ou par débit; Enregistrer sur la caisse le détail des ventes; Balancer sa caisse; Gérer les différentes opérations reliées aux caisses; Tâches connexes Contribuer à un réel climat d'entraide; Garder l'espace de l'atelier propre et en bon ordre; Venir en aide à la location dans les heures de pointes (ajustement vélo); Inspection des vélos de location; Réparation des vélos de location selon inspection; Et toutes autres tâches connexes. The TIDES Rural/Remote Rehab Team provides short-term physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology for: stroke or Transient ischaemic attacks (TIA), acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, Concussion (non-sports related), and progressive neurological disorders. The TIDES Team consists of a Physiotherapist, an Occupational Therapist, a Speech-Language Pathologist, and three Rehabilitation Assistants. Qualifications Education & Experience Completion of a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program. Valid BC Driver's License is required. Use of personal vehicle may be required for travel between sites for which mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with the current collective agreement. Performs site/department specific duties - inputting patient data and transcribing information into relevant systems; acting as a communication link for the unit; arranging for patient tests, entering diagnostic requisitions, and receiving results; assembling and maintaining patient charts; maintaining unit supply levels.
