Job Summary The Expert, Change Management is responsible for planning, developing, and executing change management activities for business transformation and technology projects. The role works closely with Business Units management and Information and Technology (I&T) stakeholders to ensure that people, process, and technology changes are prioritized and change management best practices are applied to the adoption of the new ways of working.
